Someone washed their clothes @ 11:45 last night. Sign says 7AM-10PM, and besides NO ONE uses that thing becuz it doesnt rinse properly. So, now I gotta figure out who it is. I woke up in the middle of the spin cycle and whoever it was never came back to retrieve their clothes. I waited up and still no one came.
4:45AM, moron decides to dry their clothe. Good lord I was up until 6:30 and I had to get up anyways for work.
I made a previous post about the noisy neighbors upstairs. I spoke with him regarding the kid and he seemed like a pretty cool guy and told me he would do what he can regarding his kid. Well, the kid continues to jump and drop things and it would shake my living room. Bad enough I can hear them walk back and forth.
Apt manager sent out a note to everyone concerning loud music. Do u think they would listen? No, they're playing music @ 10AM on sunday while she's running the vacuum. This is getting out of hand and I'm tired of saying stuff to the guy. I called the property manager today and he never returned my call. From what I understand, tenants who have been here longer than I have say he's not responsive. He'll act as if he's concern and will take care of the prob immediately, but any follow-ups that are required, well, you can kiss that goodbye.
My lease is up in December. Been here for 5 months and I havent been happy. There prob isn't a way to get out and if I ask him if that were possible, I'm afraid he'll just laugh and ignore my future calls for maintenance and stuff. I know he can't do that, but he'll make my life a living hell if he wanted to.
