I just got new neighbors. They moved into a 2 bedroom apartment. About 10 people live there. They are mexican. My apartment is about 2 years old. Do I live in the one apartment with government assistance?

Do you rent or own? Now's a good time to change apartments if you rent.

Yup, you are not allowed to have more than a certain amnt living in an apt (for me, it's more than 4 since we have 4 bedrooms, but I'm at a college town)

it has to be illegal everywhere. the rent agreement usually specifies max number of people in an apartment.

just because your agreement specifies a max amount of people. It doesnt make it illegal.

They have right to try to evict them, but that is a very timely process.

Also to the OP you would know if you lived in an apartment with government assistance...

If they are not being loud then mind your own fucking business.

I take it you have not seen northern Virginia?
If an apartment has any Mexicans living it there will be at least 10.

That's for unrelated individuals. If they are related, it's a different story.

Sounds like my next door neighbors. We had to lock our outdoor faucet because their kids would turn it on and it would run for hours before we found out. They also let their little kids run around naked, they blast their music at any hour on any day, and their trash is always finding its way into our yard. They let their little dog run amok too, until it ran itself right under the wheels of a car (they verbally threatened the guy who did it too..it was an accident).

Mexican Polka Music

LOL! I thought I was the only person that hears it! That would be called "Tejano" and it's indeed a Mexican-only thing. I spent 10 years in south Texas so I'm quite familiar with it.

It's a style of music that started unique to the US southwest...but these days, it's pretty much everywhere in the states that Mexicans are in great numbers. Which is everywhere except Montana and North Dakota. :p

:music:Donk-diggy-donk-diggy-donk-diggy-diggy-diggy-donk-diggy-donk-diggy-diggy:music:<--the melody/rhythm of every Tejano song ever written.

Have the laws changed since Bush and his cronies left? Can illegals apply for a license and acquire them without any problem? Or do you like to blame Obama for the mexican food you ate last night too?

I didn't have to read anything else besides the title to assume the bolded. Not that I'm being racist, but when I was in Texas it happened a LOT and I think it's actually illegal in some places if they don't all share the same lineage/last name.
