Decent turnout in downtown Durham NC this morning. We decided not to drive out to the larger protest in Raleigh because we wanted to enjoy the summer weather afterwards.

Turnout in New York City was pretty damn big. Huge really. The streets were packed from 41st to Madison Park, almost 20 blocks down, for hours. We had a blast. A bit of rain but everyone was pumped up, lots of great signs, just a great vibe, a bit of positivity today was felt for sure..

I went to one. Great turnout for a small town in a small state. I liked that Canadian and Ukrainian flags were there in number with ours. No one cared we had sleet coming down. Overwhelmingly positive response from traffic and pedestrians for the most part.

No incidents with nazis or rednecks either.

I did see an Israel loving magat get utterly humiliated after losing his mind when someone produced a Palestinian flag, so that was nice. He charged across the street all puffed out, waving his arms and threatening 'people who love terrorists', also to shove said flag 'up lesbian rear ends.' Some dads in attendance who didn't want to beat his worthless ass in front of their kids quickly convinced him to return to his truck. That walk of shame back to his ride came with jeers and laughter from a couple hundred people though, which I have to tell you was kinda great.

I want all magats to feel that small.

We had a couple of MAGAt kids in pickup trucks come through and damn near rear-end each other. That would have been fun, but I felt bad for brainwashed kiddos.

We had a great turnout in my little town of 15800 people. The closest city next to me is 112,000
I Think the SF bay area had protests in every town and city. Everyone of them non violent.

At this point, with raging racists in the White House, I think they made the correct decision. Calling out the NG or Army to murder black/brown people in the street (because they are terrorists) would just further empower them.

Their message, "You fucking honkies put him there, now it is up to you to do something about it." although they didn't say it as bluntly, that is their message.

Agreed. A disproportionately arrested and prosecuted group should absolutely lay low when a racist dictator takes over the DOJ and FBI, likes to hand out pardons for political violence.

Racist christofascists only seeing white people protest denies them some favorite tools.

Those are the crowds he wanted showing up for him during the election and back on 1/6. Crowd size is yuge to him.

I'm sure he's loaded at least one pair over this by now. People from his party are starting to peel off under the economic er, melting? I guess is the word? This trend continues and they lose the House for sure.

I hope he stays angry while he's working up a sweat on that green. May his KFC intake be regular and constant.

Understood but it's so hard to swallow. The protests around here were predominantly white for Black lives matter/George Floyd protests. Not a black soul to be seen at our protest today other than my grand daughter and son in law.

I understand it's an entirely different level of injustice but the entire dgaf was surprising.

I was thinking there had to be at least one if those today. When a beat up cyber truck, or any maga pickups for that matter, drove past us that was on my mind.

Agree, well worth the watch, and I can't find any fault with the logic behind it.

Sure, people of color voted for Turd, however it is white people that put him there. You broke it, you fix it.
