If you ever refer to me as Rossman (instead of RossMAN) again, I'm going to soil the sheets in your VW bus.

😛

There's something on the History channel about it.

I'm watching it now, but I'm not paying enough attention to know what's going on. Something about the High Flyer?

Sorry, accidentily mis-typed the date.

Can't you clowns ever NOT USE GOOGLE, you cheating bastards ?

The Gran Comp exploded, it was carrying 2,000 tons of Amonium Nitrate.

The next morning, the High Flyer detonated, it was carrying 1,000 tons of Amonium Nitrate.

The blast was so big, the harbor emptied itself of water, it destroyed more than half the town within fifteen seconds.

568 bodies were found, some think as many as 500 more were missing.
The French Captain of the Gran Comp decided not too extinguish the fire with water in fear of destroying his cargo, he instead battened down the hatches and sprayed it with high temperature steam.
