apps won't transfer over to phone

So I"m looking at my iTunes and I see the apps there. But when I plug in my iPhone and try to get them over, it won't do it. It does the sync after the authorization, but the sync ends really quickly and doesn't get the new apps over to the phone.

This is only for paid apps by the way. the free apps seemed to be fine.
