Apps to view .xml files?

What apps do I use to view the .xml files? I have tired FireFox and it doesn't work, IE doesn;t work as well. Any idea?

Do you mean XHTML? You can use any text editor to view/edit XML as statik213 suggests. If you want a feature-rich one, use XMLSpy

Firefox and IE both view XML files just fine. So will any text editor. You're doing something wrong, or your files aren't actually XML.
