Apps to monitor HD/system status

I just put my box together and I already had some inconsistencies with my raid1 array. Is there an app available to monitor my array? I'm just using the onboard SATA controller.

Also curious if theres a good app to monitor system status such as fan headers and temp sensors.

any help would be appreciated.

Speedfan will read S.M.A.R.T. from your HDD(s). Also, check out RainMeter. Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for, thought I'd post since no one else has responded.
