Approved Power Supplies???

I'm going to be overclocking a 800Mhz TBird to around 950Mhz. For this sysconfig, how important would it be to get an AMD approved power supply?

 
It can't hurt to go with a AMD approved power supply since they tend to be a higher quality. Personally, I would go with the FortronSource/Sparkle PS they have worked for me in all of my system builds.
