Approriate Pricing for DC 2x256 OCZ PC3500 EL DDR?

Hello all, I'm currently borrowing some OCZ PC3500 Enhanced Latency DDR Ram from my brother. He's telling me that I can buy it off of him for 150$. Is this price reasonable for USED OCZ PC3500 RAM?

Or should I start looking for something else? As for how long it's been used, I have no clue. He said he paid close to 240 a while ago USED.
