Appropriate system and cpu temps?

Heya,
I just started reading this forum after I updated my new computer.
My specs are:
AMD Barton 2500+
AOpen AK79D-400VN
ThermalTake TR2-M2
Antec 350W SmartBlue
2 rear 80mm case fans blowing air out.
1 front and 1 side 80mm fans blowing air in.

I was wondering what temps I should be running at?

My CPU heatsink/fan runs at 5000RPMs (Full power). My current temps are 35C system temp and 38C CPU temp Idle. With prime95 running for ~1 hour my cpu temp goes to 41-42C.

Are these temps okay to be running? No overclocking.

Perhaps I should reapply my heatsink with a new thermal paste?

Thanks for the help.

Your temps are fine. My feeling is that temps don't really matter until they are the cause of crashing/rebooting. But then, I'm not one of those insane people who absolutely must have my CPU temp at or below some temp or another.
