Will you be paying for her presence / time or what? I would still go to her office. Maybe she'll ninja bill you something if you don't.

It's a weird situation. That time should not be billed as I receive 2 free hours from the state, but we will be discussing the future rate. She suggested meeting in my town, I had nothing to do with that.
 
If it's 2 free hours then don't meet anywhere that involves eating, drinking, or any form of distraction. Wasted time that way.
 
Since you're vague about your "business", I'll assume it's mafia business. Just meet in a location where snipers can't get a good shot at you. Oh, and be able to see your car so they don't rig an explosive device to the ignition.
