Appropriate Gift for 3 year anniversary

I have been dating my girlfriend for 3 years this Saturday. Im trying to think about what is an appropriate gift. I have given her jewellry (braclet, necklace, and a ring) and a digital camera that actually died on her after a year. So I was thinking either a new camera, earrings, or a gift certificate to get a manicure and pedicure. Do these seem like a good gift for an anniversary? Or is an anniversary more flowers and cards and dinner?

Any input? And no pics - at work.

In celebration for your anniversary, I WON'T pay her a visit around 2:00 PM like usual...I'll tell her I've got a cold or something
