Appropriate driver version for NF3 IDE?

I have a Seagate 7200.8 drive and the driver listed for it is 7/1/2001 my Microsoft. The driver listed for my nF 250 ATA controller is 6/3/2004 by NVIDIA corp.

Is that all good? Could I squeeze any more performance out by updating either of those two drivers?
