Greetings all, this is my first post here. I'm currently running a P2-400 w/128MB RAM and a TNT2 Ultra and am so ready to upgrade it's not even funny.
I'm not too much into overclocking and was thinking about an AMD 1GHz - 1.2GHz ranged CPU with 256MB RAM...but this whole AMD 760 chipset is causing me to stall...is it worth waiting for? I've read everything I could find on these forums and others and it's mostly speculation...I'm coming to the conclusion that this speculation isn't worth it for me to wait for it, especially since it will probably be another two months before there's a stable AMD 760 motherboard available...assuming they were announced like, today.
So anyways, I guess I'm wondering what the general feeling of the participants here are toward the AMD 760 chipset...
