Applying updates to hacked Apple TV 2?

Is it even possible? I hacked my Apple tv2 on a drunken Saturday night to get plex on it so I don't even remember the process or if there was a way to update to newer firmwares. While plex is great I would like to use airplay mirroring and the new hulu app. I'm sure that this is too technical for this forum but a) is it possible b) is it relatively straight forward and c) will the update break plex/jailbreak?

Yes, it is possible. What you want to do is connect your Apple TV to your computer and put it in DFU mode. (Plug in cable, hold menu and pause for about 7 seconds.) then restore it to factory settings with iTunes. This will remove the jailbreak and install the latest update. You can then jailbreak it again with Seas0nPass.
