Applying for jarbs

This has got to be the most frustrating thing in the world. Ok, so I know that y'all know I'm pretty much a fuck up but there's nothing on my resume that would preclude me from at least getting a call back.

Even if I don't mention my name on the phone I always get the same schpiel about how if they are interested they will call me, etc. How do I crank up the pressure so I can at least get through to someone in HR so they will actually read my resume?

Hmmmm. Sometimes this can be easier said than done I guess. I have tried this but usually get stonewalled.
