Nah. You can buy most stuff online for the same price that BB gives it's employees.

remember monster cables make shit better.

Especially hooked up to Bose.

haha lol. but should I act stupid or smart? like A person came in saying they had a "Disk read error" they guy is like ok you need a new hard drive, when really all you needed was a reformat I am willing to bet. So Make money or make customer happy. But "Customers come first" so which would be best in an eyes of a manager, in case they ask me some question like that lol.

Money. Always money. Learn that fast.

Meh, well Some one called me last Thursday to schedule an interview I could not answer the phone they left me a message and never called back when they said they would, I called back on Friday and he was always busy.

anyhow, so should I drop this and find some other place to look for a job or should I try one last time right when they open tomorrow?

Update 11/06/09: Got hired as a seasonal worker for now, the hourly rate I got was 1 buck under what I was expecting, but this is my first official job and I need some stuff on my resume so, I accepted if they hire me for part time after the season is over, ill ask for the buck.

So basically went in at 11am talked to the guy who called me scheduled an interview at 3:30, I did the interview very easy, then did another interview, signed some papers, now I just need to piss in a cup and hope they have a good schedule for me.

"So basically went in ..."

Next time listen the adults instead of running your pie hole.

I used to work for NZ's equivalent of Best Buy when I was a young 'un. Those were the days - retails is such sweet, easy, responsibility free work.

Me and a colleague used to have fun times spending a day taking all customers literally. Eg:

"Hi, my computer has broken down and I need a new hard drive. You know, just the part that the screen plugs into, I don't need all the other bits."

Me: "Hmm, Aaron, do we have hard drives that you can plug a screen into?"

Aarnon: "No, I don't think I've ever seen a hard drive that you can plug a screen into. We have IDE hard drives, but none with a screen plug."

Customer leaves confused. Good times.

perhaps if BB didn't drug test their employees it would be a better place to work...

I applied once and completely bombed the interview. It was for an inventory job and I admitted that I wouldn't like stacking an endless supply of boxes... duh

Congrats. I kinda miss working retail sometimes. I met some of my lifelong friends back in CompUSA in 1999. :)

EDIT: ALSO! If they give you the questionairre, ONLY answer ALWAYS AGREE, or ALWAYS DISAGREE, do not choose anything in between!!!

lol, I hated those questionnaires.

"Would you lie to a customer to sell an item"..... Yes (because they all did it).

Fail.
