I have a couple questions for a work application I'm filling out -
What is grammar school? Is that just grade school or is it something special?
Is a technical college considered college, or "trade, business or correspondence school"?
 
grammar school is grade school levels 1-6 or 1-8 depending on the area. That would be ages 5-10 or 5-13.

A technical college is considered college if an associates or bachelor's degree can be achieved in that institution.
A "trade, business, or correspondence school" is an institution that is not accredited to award an associates or bachelor's degree, instead focusing on trade practices probably awarding a certificate for successful passage.
