application of fundamental theorem of calculus?

I have an assignment that I need to present and talk about the applications fundamental theorem of calculus......


so we all know that it makes it easier to compute integerals, and so finding area, volumes, surface, and all that jazz....is an applications.

im googling right now, but I cant seem to find any other types of applicatios that the fundamental theorem have useuful for?

any other applications for other fields?
