Just installed win200 pro and all the updates and drivers and all my applications, looked in my App. log and it looks as though I'm getting this error every reboot.

Anyone knows what this is from or what it means I'm getting no errors(besides this one) and no ill-effects.
Also in my run tree of my registry I have a key that is as follows
Synchronization Manager Mobsync.exe /logon
what does this load and do I really need it??
Thanks
Kook
