Application Help Desk Job??????

Hey whats up guys, I have a phone interview for a application help desk job tomorrow it would be mean a second intership/job, just wondering if anybody here has a job with that title, what do you do, do you like it, etc, anything and everything. I coudl really really use the extra money and experience.

I worked in a similar position and provided support for MS Office and a few of the commonly used programs here (hummingbird, remedy, etc).
