Application Has Been Blocked From Accessing Graphics Hardware Intel 5500

Recently, I try to play a game, for example, Fifa17, Minecraft and sorts this "Application Has Been Blocked From Accessing Graphics Hardware Intel 5500" error pops up. My display is frozen and the game is not playable. I know that the game is still responsive because I can still hear everything I'm doing while my display is frozen at one place and I can't do anything about it without restarting. I tried to some method but it stills occurs

Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-5200U CPU @ 2.20GHz

Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 5500

The trick here is to discover why the game application is banned. Is this a Lenovo ? Go to Task Manager and see what's what in processes/start up/etc. Anything look like an issue ? Could also be graphics software needs updating . Try the Intel® Driver Update Utility
