My application is not fully ready, so that extra day would be helpful. But I guess I'll just turn in what I have.

Better wording would have been "through February 17th" but I'd be surprised if they didn't take it February 17th. That said I doubt you are going to make it that much better in one day

Applications are accepted up until the middle of a long weekend which we are closed for. LOL, logistics fail.
