Apple's Smart Folders in Tiger

Not yet that I know of. However, a similar idea has been slated for Longforn for quite some time.

Longhorn will have what they call "Virtual Folders" (not sure of the final name for them).

They'll probably be called Search Folders or something like that. They have something like this in Outlook 2k3 already. It's really quite useful.
