I haven't had the stuff since summer camp, but I've been craving it for weeks now and finally found some at my local farmer's market made from just straight up apples + cider.

cracked it open this morning and it was pretty awesome on a corn cake with some cream cheese. :thumbsup:

:thumbsup: delicious! I got an excellent recipe last year for making it. I have a couple jars in the cupboard still. Unfortunately, a late severe frost looks to have wiped out a lot of the apple crop in my area (And I just purchased a big cider press too!)
