Apple TV Home Sharing

I have one Windows PC with iTunes installed and home sharing enabled. I have a second Windows PC with iTunes installed that is able to access the shared library. I have an Apple TV, however, and it tells me there are no shared libraries available. All three devices are logged in with the same iTunes account and on the same network. Suggestions?
 
The same wireless network? I have two networks setup on my wireless router (i.e. primary and guest network) and the apple tv doesn't pickup my other devices if it's not on the same wireless network. Just a thought.
