Apple TV (4th Gen) and Netflix ending credits

I recently purchased an Apple TV (4th Gen) and whenever Netflix gets to the ending credit where the credits shrink into a small window in the upper left of the screen, the audio cuts out for like half a second. Is something wrong is my Apple TV or is it a Netflix issue with the Apple TV (4th Gen)?

I know it's a common thing for Netflix to shrink the ending credits at end of a show/movie but I'm talking about the audio cut out when the full screen credit transitions to a little box in the upper left of the screen. My Xbox One and PC don't have that audio cut out issue during the transition to shrink the credits, just my Apple TV (4th Gen). My Apple TV is connected through and HDMI switch with the audio stereo output from the switch to my computer speakers.

Yesterday I returned the Apple TV. Sometimes after not using Netflix for a few hours at least, it would not load stuff from Netflix the first time, giving me a message saying that Netflix encountered a problem and to try again later or it was just stuck loading with the spinning circle, and I had to retry again and it loaded the next time. Also the sound would cut out for a quick second while Netflix was transitioning to shrink the credits at the end of an episode or movie most of the time. Also the My List in Netflix in the Apple TV was missing some movies/shows after I setup the Apple TV and logged into Netflix. Also in iTunes sometimes there would be hissing sound in the background during dialogues or an occasional chirping sound coming from my speakers, but that could have been my HDMI switch since my Apple TV was connected to the HDMI switch since my monitor only has DVI and VGA input and so I can't route the audio from my monitor to my speakers and must use my HDMI switch that has a stereo out jack. Also when playing Galaxy Quest through the Plex app there would be static popping sounds frequently. So I'm not sure if the audio issue I was having with iTunes was because of my HDMI switch and not the Apple TV.

I was thinking of rebuying the Nvidia Shield since they added a setting for full range RGB with the 3.0 update which is what I need since I don't have a TV and use a monitor. The only reason I bought an Apple TV was because of Netflix and watching the occasional iTunes movie redeemed from codes or iTunes sales but it would have been used for Netflix mostly but since I was having issues with Netflix on it I didn't think it was worth keeping..
