Question Apple TV 4k won't wake up my PC via Wake-On-Lan after Apple TV 4k wakes up from sleep mode

I'm currently using my Intel NUC as an iTunes media server for Home Sharing to my Apple TV 4k. The issue I'm having is that my Apple TV 4k can't wake up my Intel NUC when I go to the Computers app in the Apple TV 4k and it gives a message saying the iTunes home sharing is unavailable and to click retry. This only happens after my Apple TV 4k goes to sleep mode and then resume using my Apple TV 4k. I set my Intel NUC to go to sleep mode after 5 minutes of inactivity. However, I can wake up my Intel NUC from my other PC by entering the IP address in the command bar and from my iPhone using an app. If my Apple TV 4k has not gone to sleep mode since the last usage of Home Sharing, then my Apple TV 4k can wake up my Intel NUC from sleep mode. My Apple TV 4k, Intel NUC, and other PC are connected to a ethernet switch which is then connected to the modem.
