I own an Apple TV 4k 32GB and I'm getting a 3-second video stutter but audio keeps playing around the last minute of a movie. It happens in the iTunes Movies app and Netflix on my Apple TV 4k. I exchanged it for another Apple TV 4k and it still does it. I don't usually watch the ending credits in movies but sometimes ending credits show bloopers on the side and I watch those, for example in the ending credits of Smokey the Bandit II. Some really old movies only have like 30 seconds of ending credits and the ending of the actual movie before the ending credits begin is still is within that time frame, for example To Catch a Thief. Only workaround to this issue is disabling Quick Start but then I don't get 4k that way plus I don't get a long enough delay before the movie begins to accommodate the refresh rate change to 24 Hz if I don't have Quick Start enabled. This 3-second video stutter happens almost every time at around the same mark and it does not happen again if I try to replay that part where it happened. Most people don't watch ending credits from movies so I have a feeling I'm not going to get much support on this issue with my Apple TV 4k in a forum. I've done several system resets with reinstall of the IOS option. Does the 64GB version of the Apple TV 4k exhibit this issue? I talked to Apple support about this and was told that my Apple TV 4k will have to be sent to Apple for them to do a system reset that can't be done at home and that it sounds like a hardware issue, so I just returned it to the store and rebought it at a different store, one month apart, and still same issue.
