I've been trying to "pre-order" an iPhone for the last two + hours but I keep getting a oops error....NE1 else?

I can't get Apple or ATTs site to work. I've tried a handful of times (around 2am and around 11am). 🙁

Edit: Finally go to ordering. Said my account is a business account so I can't order. I called ATT and it turns it there is a mistake, but it will take 2 days to change.

🙁 I wanted the phone ASAP because my current iPhone is unusable since it crashes everytime I use it. Even after restoring 🙁
