that has been there for a while guys. Zuni said it was placed there for people who have their cookies turned off and thus are provide with a login to go with thier post or edit fo a post.
 
nope apple dont outsouce 🙁 your stuck with their prices unless you can find one on E-bay but most likely any you would find would be pulls.
 
Something else to consider related to getting a G4 cheap is buying a barebones refurb older PowerMac or G3. Then get a G4 upgrade (either PCI card or ZIF processor upgrade). I've seen G4-400 upgrades on the net for around $300-350. Havent really looked at what the older Macs are going for recently.

I still havent decided if spending the money on an upgrade for my Mac or some barebones Duron systems is the better spent money for RC5.

Apple doesnt sell its parts to anyone other than it's authorized service people, but if you can find a smaller Apple Authorized service place, they might be willing to sell you something along the lines of a G4 board/chip for less than a price that would make you feel like you'd been bent over and... whoops, gotta stop reading Voodooextreme and HardOCP. 🙂
