Apple Monitor on PC?

I have a 16" Apple Monitor Family number M1298. Is it possible to hook it up to a PC?

Normally you need a Universal Mac to PC VGA Monitor adapter... here's a website that sells... www.mycableshop.com. But on the other hand... you might hafta read below regarding your monitor.
