Apple Mac G3's, $??

I'm not sure where this topic fits...

My school has some Apple Macintosh G3's for sale to faculty... I don't even know the price right now.

I'm interested if the price is right. Any idea how much a G3 is worth???

Thanks notfred, I have no clue. I wouldn't have asked the P3 question... I'm much more knowledgeable about "regular computers" than Apples.... Haven't used an apple in 19 years, and I have virtually no knowledge whatsoever.

$300-500ish depending... my dad just sold his on ebay with the g4 prologix 533mhz cpu upgrade and only got like $350... whoever won, got a good deal

Assuming they are the Blue and White G3 towers, Id say depending on config anywhere from 350-450.

There's only 20 of them, so I'll give other faculty a shot at it before buying any remaining ones. I'll start with 1 though.

Even at $75, if they're really old beige G3s, they're gonna be pretty useless.
