Apple Imac and XP-Pro

I have an apple/ with intel processor. I have partitioned the HDD to add XP-Pro. I have it up and running on the IMac, and microsoft wants me to register. Do I have to purchase another XP-Pro inorder to keep??I do have Vista business, can I just install over XP-Pro and not bother with the registration of previous installation.

Is there a website that can assist me with these questions??

My other problem is I have not been able to get the internet on my cable connection with X-Pro.

You need a license for every install you have.

If you have two XP installations then you need to have a license for each. If you have a Vista and a XP you need to have a Vista and a XP license.

Otherwise I am not sure about what your asking.
