APPLE HDD for .....PC? Can it be used?

Hi, i have an old APPLE HDD(IBM) and wanted to use it like storage for files(13GB) but PC can't recognizes it.
It's any possible ways to use it for PC ?
 
Just format it. Macs and other PCs all use the same drive types. Hell, I had an old 40 gig drive from one of my old PCs, I put it in my old macintosh performa 4800, which came with a 1.2 gig drive. It worked just fine after a format.
