Hello,
The issue my friend is experiencing is as follows:
Apparently, he had a friend set things up so rows of floating icons associated with various websites were loading on the right-hand side of the Firefox window at all times. In much the same way the Bookmark toolbar itself sits at the top of the window. Only he said there was nothing grey underneath it. There were simply icons associated with the websites that were floating there. Anyone know how this might have been set up so that I can fix it for him? I tried a little, but I'm used to working with Windows and there are definitely quite a few differences in the Mac version.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
