apple displays on a pc?

I was at comp usa the other day and got a good look at apples flat panel display. It is sweet! Now i know that apple made a proprietary connector for the display that carries the video signal, power, and usb. But i was wondering if i could take a ati radeon for a mac and put on my abit kt7, and jerry rig it to use the apple display? How can I do this any one have any idea's. The kt7 has the extra usb header and plenty of fan headers all over the board. I don't know anything about mac's so i am gonna need a lot of help.
