Anyone have any idea where to send complaints to Apple? I sent a snailmail complaint about AppleCare service back in December and never got a reply. I tried complaints@apple.com, service@apple.com etc and they all get bounced.
My friend said to try stevejobs@apple.com and it works, but I would rather try a more official route first.
