Long time reader first time poster. I am looking to buy my new machine in the coming weeks. I get a great discount on all Apple merchandise so I was thinking of the 23 inch Cinema Display. The only thing I worry about is whether most games have resolutions that match the widescreen display res. I would hate to play Doom3 or Far Cry and have my monitor cropped. This is probably a silly question but do most people who have widescreen monitors play games that take advantage of the aspect ratio or play with a cropped window?
