Apple Cinema Display with new 7800 series cards

With the new 7800 series cards is it easier to use an Apple Cinema 30inch display? Is the dual link DVI worked out?

I don't care all that much about SLI with the monitor, but is that possible?

Is SLI easy / possible with a Dell 2405?

Google search is kinda iffy, wanted to post to hear your personal experience.

SLI does not work for dual link displays (the apple cinemas)

It does however work for all normal diplays, both VGA and DVI, and i believe you can also use SLI though the HDTV output. (however only one display at a time).

So SLI to single 2405fp should be fine, but not with Apple Cinema 30inch display?

But if I wanted to go with the Cinema Display a single 7800 will do the job?

With a single 7800, yes. They're PnP.
