Apple Bluetooth Keyboard with Windows XP: Issues?

Generally happy with it b/c it's got a small footprint and relatively quiet keys, but I have the recommended D-link adapter with the latest drivers and it has rarely re-paired after a reboot.
What gives?

I know these bluetooth devices aren't recognized in the bios, but it's annoying to have to repair after every reboot.

Is this a known problem with windows devices?
