Apple 23' flat screen: PC compatible?

You can do better for the money, but yes, you can make them work with a PC with an adapter.

I would shop around though.

Viper GTS

are they still superior to other lcd screens? there are atleast a few 23"+ lcds out there now, they might have better specs.

but yes its possible witha daptor.

can someone specificy what kind of adapter i need. also i heard that if you have an all in wonder ati 9700 pro you wont need the adapter..

in adition to an adapter, some settings are changable only from within Mac OS X (like contrast and brightness) so, the only way you will be able to adjust these settings is to know someone with a Mac and bring your monitor to them and adjust the settings. Good thing LCDs are relatively light...

I might just shop around (though i do admit the Apple displays I've seen are nice looking.)

I could be mistaken if there is a newer generation of these.
