WOW! I am looking for this exact same adapter, but couldn't find out how to word the search into Google. You just made me save face at work, someone has a huge display that needs this, and is killing me to find the adapter.

This was at 4:45PM on this past Friday, so I didn't really give it any real searching. 🙂
