Appears Hostilities Have Begun.......

In my opinion, the danger for American troops will be when we have to conduct Urban Warfare in Baghdad. Will America be able to stomach the graphic images if our troops are gassed? Will the public opinion sway the outcome of the war because graphic images of dead American soliders make their way back to the public by the lovely media? It could very well happen...

I was just checking out a video where we had beaten North Korea pretty badly in the Korean War, but the outcome of the war had changed because the American public were shown graphic images of dead American soliders. And if something like this were to happen in Iraq, this could be the fuel the peace lovers need to put pressure on Bush to end the war.

🙂

Well.......yeah, except for the fact that Franks, Powell, and Rumsfeld have all verified that US/Brittish forces have no intention of a mass assault on Baghdad..................the OPPLAN is to surround Baghdad and cut off all sources of food, power, everything, then wait for the Iraqis while sedning in Special Ops. to hit specific targets of ........................

My dad fought in North Korea. No lie.. he was with this dude on the machine gun and they were mowing down North Korean soliders by the hundreds! The machine gun actually over heated because there were so many of those f***ers! He got the hell out of there!

not sure if public opinion will be swayed if this (http://www.commondreams.org/views03/0225-08.htm) is true. It's from a liberal anti-war site, so take that as you will.

Also, American planes had already bombed TV news and Radio towers 4-5 days ago in the no-fly zones (on european news, antenna1).
