You're fighting this without a lawyer?

Go pay $150 for a lawyer to do this. The fine will be reduced, and it won't go on your record.

The lawyer fee will come back to you in reduced insurance premiums.

Ssshhhh....let him reap the full "rewards" of his idiotic behavior.

LOL, are you sure your real name isn't Kafka? 😀
Seriously, dude, you should never admit your guilt or exactly how fast you were going. Just say I was going as fast as it was safe to go in that situation, in accordance with the basic speed law.
Let the cop prove you are guilty, don't do his job for him. The legal system doesn't care about you. They want your money, they want a notch on their desk that they screwed another sucker. Why would they plea bargain to a lower charge if you are dumb enough to walk into the courtroom and essentially plea guilty to a higher charge? There is no incentive for them to plea bargain.

How incredibly annoying to read your story with your nickname and in the third person. Stop that please. And your name is not quick or common like Joe either. Either way, good luck on your second reappeal. I want to see how deep your pockets are lined (aka how many times you keep trying).

I love it how everyone around here (at least in their mind) always obey the law
I don't always obey the law but I've never EVER gone 110 mph on a public road. Besides, what does LOLyourFACE think is going to happen in 8-12 weeks? All he's doing is spending taxpayer money, clogging up the court system, and generally being a moron.

You know, courts DO have payment plans, and you're entitled to receive one for your ticket. Ask about it instead of being a fvcking douche.

Yeap if he would have just said he was sorry and asked to get on a payment plan it would have been fine.

All he is doing now is wasting tax payers money and looking like a asshole.

He is not wasting taxpayer money. He is wasting some of the $650 he is going to pay to them 😀
I say use it up so they have less incentive to give tickets. 😉

Ever hear of court costs.

Unless he can beat thisrap, the big book may get thrown at him.
$650 + $200+ costs.
Possibly $10 for every syllable that then comes out of his mouth.

Why didnt you request a trial by jury?

Never request a trial by judge.

If you are going to try to get out of a ticket you plead "not guilty," and get yourself a trial jury.

Do this even if you want to plead guilty usually the prosecutor will try to do a plea bargain thing with you.

It gives you some leverage, they will reduce the ticket if you agree to plead and not go to trial.

When you decide to go to trial never admit your guilt at trial.

Kafka the bad guy from final fantasy 3??

You're a complete fvcking idiot.
I'm sure you've heard that a lot, but one more time won't help, son.

I don't think you're an idiot for going 130 at 3:00... I think you're and idiot for Re-Appealing... The judge and magistrate will remember you and will probably come down hard on you...

Oh well, good luck.

your story had no plot.

your writing style is that of a retarded 3rd grader trying to write a short story.

you tried to stretch out an event that probably lasted only 10 min total and now it just sounds like garbage.

now I couldn't care less that you sped 110mph, but the way you told it to us makes me cringe.

/me spits on your lame story.
