if it makes you feel any better, i don't think you are creepy. just really really smelly and you have bad posture.

and these are people that I see everyday and don't act at all afraid of me. but I keep hearing from more and more people that I'm creepy.

Why do people think this?! I think that I'm a pretty cheerful, albeit pretty quiet and introverted. I don't see how that makes me creepy. it's really annoying, because I don't know what I can possibly to do seem not creepy since I don't even know how I'm creepy

Introverted quiet people scare people. They are always the people that end up serial killers, or do horrible things no one suspects.

As an introvert, you have only a few options:

1) Remain "creepy"
2) Make a genuine effort to appear and be less introverted. Learn "small talk" skills and make an effort to carry on conversations. Try not to sound fake or anxious while doing this. It may take some practice to sound natural, but the more you get out and socialize the more easily and naturally it will come.
3) Be a snob. You can ditch the "introvert" title and make people think that you are just aloof. This probably won't make people like you much better, but you won't be "creepy" anymore. Just an a-hole. :D
