Apparently Word 2007 can interpret HTML

What do you mean by "interpret"?

2003 can definitely read/edit HTML pages.. but it's not something that you want to use.

I just meant interpret as in, display properly, like IE. I just opened this .htm in 2007 and it looks perfect.
