Really? If I throw a billion stupid people into the mouth of a volcano and plug it up for good how is that 'stupid'? Conversely, if I send a million stupids overseas to die on on some foreign battlefield while the smatz stay at home how is that stupid?

I guess I should clarify, that video is not mine, and is not me or anyone related to me (or anyone I know).
I forgot that this forum tends to take things extremely literal, and may assume that I am claiming this (instead of understanding it's an example).

We did basically the same thing as I was growing up (before personal computers were a thing), and you could too.
You do need a good mix of flammable gas and oxygen, plus a safe delivery and ignition system.
There are professional systems now (video I posted probably is) that make it easy, but it's not to hard to figure out on your own.
 
I feel we kind of need a permanent "Nuke the entire site from orbit--it's the only way to be sure" thread for these kinds of issues. Just to keep track of Darwin at work, like people lighting spiders while pumping gas, that sort of thing.
