Apparently DFI is working on a heatsink...

Hopefully it will have a better fan attachment device than a piece of wire!

MOTHER OF GOD HUGE... Never hold your motherboard incorrectly with that baby on it, I bet it would just snap.

For that cooler, "LANPARTY" is an oxymoron. I would NOT bring such a beast to any LAN party that wasn't hosted at my house.

Sorta looks like it should be mounted 90 degrees rotated so you could do push/pull w/o a fan pushing against the video card. Unless it uses fans larger than 120mm. Either way, I WANT ONE!

I would have liked to see more space in the middle for a tri fan setup.

Actually, after looking closer, it looks as though the fans might go on the "side" of the cooler perpendicular to the middle opening.

No way I'd risk that on my motherboard, even if it got 20c lower than my xigmatek. HS companies have got to realize that size isn't the future, tech is. Think the newer HDT tech instead of huge ass tuniq tower

Haha. I thought it was huge at first, then realized it was on a microATX motherboard. Nice. I'd like to check out the performance with low-flow 120mm's for silent performance.

Good catch PCTC2. My reaction was just like the others. No way I would mount that beast vertically, it'll snap my board in half. Now it doesn't look so intimidating. I would like to see some benchmarks with this thing comparing it with the top of the line HFS that's out right now.

Hallalujah, a company which doesn't use stupid push pins.

It remains to be seen how it compares against the competition (and how much it will cost).
You never know though - it may be the next top HSF.

I'd be interested for a second X58 rig. I realized after that that's their X58 mATX board. I'd run dual 4870's, a 920, and 6GB of DDR3-1333 on their with that HSF in a mATX case.
