App to select which specific lenses on the iPhone?

I’m looking for an app to allow me to select which lens the iPhone uses. I have a spotting scope and the phone simply refuses to look through the scope with the 5x lens even when the camera and scope are perfectly aligned.

The iPhone has a very complex logic for which lens(es) it uses at various focus distances and magnification and will use composite information from multiple lenses to build a single image. Spotting scopes confuse the iPhone when the 5x lens is used so it turns off the sensor. Therefore, I need an app to tell the phone to use only the 5x lens.
